Cakes can only be reproduced as our interpretation and will not be an exact reproduction of any photos that are sent. Colors are matched to the best of our ability and may not be exact. We reserve the right to make any changes to your cake to create the best possible outcome including but not limited to color, placement and position, size of details, and types of font used on the cake. Our work speaks for itself and we assure you that you will receive a beautiful and fitting cake.
Transportation
Our cakes are built to withstand transportation and reasonable movement. During pickup, the cake will be securely packed inside the box. Recommendation on where to place the box in the car will be given (cakes should not be placed on someone's lap or on the seat), however we do not take responsibility after the order is given to the customer in case of damage.
Order Changes,
Balance, and Pickup
We accept cancellation or other changes in order date/design/size no later than 10 days prior to the event. Orders are only considered booked after the initial payment (50% of total) is made. For orders placed less than 10 days in advance, full payment is required. All sales are final. Balance must be paid before pickup. The cake will not be given if the balance is unpaid. For orders with deliveries, balance must be paid before the delivery is even started.
Late Pickup
We are a home based bakery and do not have a storefront. We provide 30 min pickup windows which must be agreed to. Please be mindful of this.
